So this is a very interesting thread- thank you for your help. I've been working on my 1974 Pinto Hatchback and am putting together a fishtail to test here this summer. I'm making it out of balsa wood and paper mache just to test how well it works. If it does as I hope I'll make it permanent out of conduit, tarps and duct tape. I'm getting about 38 MPG right now and hope to get into this 60 club you mentioned.
