Made battery covers today:
Polycarbonate can be cold-bent in a brake:
However, it will spring back...had to fold it completely over - with a lot of force - to get it to stay at 90 degrees:
Trimmed and adjusted to fit with my dremel and a cutting disc:
Front one is tucked under the bumper:
...all to keep water, fingers and tools away from the battery terminals. (Now I can work under the hood without being paranoid)
