civic d16y4 22km/l

Hi guys I've been getting my civic ek1 tuned up for economy and starting to see some good results, bring on summer, and aero mods.
840Km on a 38l fill, 22km/l.
Mixed driving city country highway, mix weather, 80~90km/h max although did go quite fast a few times and coasted down + a few wot runs. cruise no eoc but obviously lots of coasting. Pretty stoked withe the car since it isn't the most economical civic and the motor is tired. I know I will easily average 22km/l from now on as the ms rack has only just gone in and gives the car much more power.

Mods:
14x 5" steel rims
165/70R14 bridgestone ecopia lrr 45psi
Lowered
Disc hub caps
Brakes set for low friction
Manual steer

Planned mods:
wheel spats*, side skirts, air dam, splitter, grille blocks, kamm back, vx trans, squared off trailing edges, enclosed rear wheels, Mirage 14x4.5" et46, 155/80r14 tyres, mpguino, 4~2~1 header, d15b engine swap, 3 plug single wire o2 ecu swap.
