Stubby79, I didn't mean to sidestep your comment. I'm ok with running over 181F, but 200+ while cruising is a little warmer than I am comfortable with. I'll have to keep playing with it until I get it just right. I think if I block all the air going around the radiator, so more goes through it, I might be able to put the passenger block back on and keep the coolant under 200.
