Chill plate on Paul Holme's controller

Putting together the chill plate on the bottom of the controller, with gasket .. goop? .. and then the bottom cover.

A short circulation test follows

I don't know the actual thickness of the aluminum between the IGBTs and the water channel. So it is difficult to speculate on the required flow rate of water to remove the heat from the controller.

I expect that this flow rate will do for any normal driving, at least.
