Ill start with mine:

civic ek1, d16y4, 1590cc, no ps, idle speed lowered to 720rpm.
.71 l/hr,

edit I re calibrated my mpguino and I believe it to be more accurate now. So new figure is .63l/hr at idle.

Also I tested at 2k rpm ...3...and 4k here are the results:
2k, 1.5l
3k, 2.6l
4k, 3.8l

I plotted this as a graph, please note my math skills are rusty very rusty but it appears it appears to be a linear graph or very close to it, at least up to 4k rpm I didn't test higher I should have but I didn't want to make anymore noise pollution.

I'd still like to get the idle speed down, I managed to get it to drop to very low rpm while I was water injecting, don't ask, the mpguino was reading .45l/hr! Although at that low rpm it wasn't smooth enough, but still I should be able to get close to that figure with a stable idle.
