Pardon my presupposition.

The tonneau was 50/50 I need something to cover the bed and keep stuff mostly dry during trips. Worst case for long drives without needing the bed I can cab up a half cover for the bed and a custom headache each with a fin for the rear cab spoiler.
It folds in half? Here's a golden oldie:

edit:
Camping World Cup trucks use a simple spoiler that follows the 12 rule.

No reason why the spoiler couldn't be clear plastic, and/or retractable. It doesn't need to be a rectangle, a half-octagon or curved arc would have less frontal area, and conform to the vortexes that stream off the back of the cab.
