Even though that would lead to overall savings in utilities cost, nowadays with all that "sustainability" trend I'm sure it could serve as an excuse for landlords to increase the price of a rent
But anyway, if I were going to build a new house, or eventually refurbishing an older one, I'm sure I would look at some options on "efficient" windows.
