what do they do about oil injection on two stroke ?
Volume of fuel.

We buy fuel in liters, we pay (at the moment) 120 pence per liter of diesel.

If I used waste engine oil, I would have to pay 50 pence per liter fuel duty on that engine oil . They routinely dip fuel tanks around here to check for red diesel in road going vehicles. Red diesel is diesel that is dyed red for use in tractors, generators etc, and has no road duty.

If they dip the tank, it would be black instead of dieselly!

We can, however use 2500 liters of waste vegetable oil on the road, without having to pay road duty.
