The motor really needs to have a big torque arrester attached to it.

I only have a piece of slotted metal (probably scrap piece of cheap stand-alone shelving) holding up the loose end of the motor.

I think I can re-use the part that actually held the motor in the forklift. I will need to weld something to it, so that I can attach it to the engine mount.
