The bike is working flawlessly. As I type this (I'm at work) I have gone a total of 710mi on the e-bike. I have 84 10Ah NIMH batts. running in the bike so its a 50.4V 20AH system. I've never used a 36V system so I can't compare. The bike will go ~28mph on full throttle, but I don't use full throttle very offen. If I did the bike would not go as far. I average ~20mph. It goes ~30miles on a single charge. I peddle very little mostly up hills again if I didn't the bike would not go as far. I've just looked at the kickbike & I dont think that an e-bike system would work on that. Where will the 50lbs of batts go? How would you assist the bike going up hills? Also I think it would be very unstable.
