I like EVs but I hate these very generalized quotes (the worst offender: "Zero-emissions vehicle" when the vehicle is only a LEV). I'd also probably argue the cost it has listed over 10 years must be for an SUV driver. And the whole ICE engine vs EV maintenance is a questionable topic (prius reliability vs high recall Chevy volt for example), but I'd say on average EVs seem to be in a better form of working order than the typical gas burner. Also, the people who would consider swapping to an EV already drive highly efficient cars and only spend 5 minutes a week pumping gas. Do you know how many minutes you spend plugging/unplugging your EV every night/morning/lunch break etc? (especially on small battery EVs)
