Slow progress today once some chores were out of the way. Removed all of the surface rust and weld splatter on last weekend's welds. Then I proceeded to empty out my last remaining can of Eastwood Rust Encapsulator on the weld areas. An order for more plus other supplies I will need was placed immediately. Tomorrow I hope to move to another area inside the car that won't require the same supplies.
