I was looking at new versus old prices for other 2011 cars.
As long as you don't crash it or put a crap load of miles on a car it should only lose around half it's value in 7 to 8 years.
A perfect or near perfect leaf with very low miles will have lost around 80% to 85% of its value. All I can say is some one had to get screwed on these things, just glad it wasn't me.
If gas goes back up near $4 a gallon relatively soon these things could see their current value go up by around 50%.
Now is probably the time to get one if you have been thinking about it.
Plan is to get it here, make sure it's going to do what we need, if not drive it for all its worth when we can and resell it to some sucker when gas prices hit $3.50+ and get all my money back and then some.
