Steering & braking are what matter. No one makes a vehicle to deal with such a wide variance in vehicle speeds amongst traffic. It’s just a dumb pursuit.
Especially as it ignores what is the basis of “need”? There isn’t any.
EM to cut costs? Fine. It’s only finesse of what already makes a good driver. But leave that out and it’s justification for a lie (“me, Me, ME!”).
