I can agree with the feelings and challenges of how to handle some of these things. I agree with RH77 though, I think. I look at it from the perspective that just because someone else is having some sort of issues, it doesn't mean it is worth while for me to get angry, frustrated or anything else, for myself.
I'm trying to just avoid those people who seem to have those problems, by making it easy for them to go on down the road or by getting myself out of those situations by turning off or something. I don't think it's worth it to do anything to escalate a situation.
For those of you who live someplace that you have some confidence that the police might do something, or at least not turn you into the criminal, for complaining, I'd say go ahead and call the police. My own experiences with the police have all been largely negative where they effectively treat me like I'm the one who created the problem. I don't need that hassle.
