Denis, Isn't there a renowned aeronautical engineering faculty in Toulouse? I'm pretty sure they would have copies of yearly SAE transactions books at their library, in which case you can probably have free access, at least for on site consultation. Around here just about anyone can walk in a University library at have a look at all the books they have.
