My ranger had 107K on the factory original wires. I developed a problem of a misfire when wet out[or even moist] 2 of the wires had weak spots, and would cross fire with each other. Well I was at Summit racing last month, they had a sale, and i bought a pair of JBA 9mm wires for 50 bucks, motorcraft[from jobbers or ford w/discount] was 45, and the mid grade auto zone was 40. So far i like these wires.
