WhatCar.com, BMW is planning an all-turbo lineup to meet CO2 emissions. Whether that means the range will come Stateside, has yet to be determined.

Stop-Start systems on 4-cylinder manuals and regenerative braking are currently available across the pond, but the 'Werks are toying with the idea of a "steamer" / exhaust scavenging design that takes waste heat and turns it into usable energy.
The first question, will BMW offer 4-cylinder models here? Next, will the fuel-saving technology be implemented in North America?
