I'd really only believe this if I saw some dyno testing proving this. Driving alone can account for way more than a 20% increase in FE as we here know. While smaller droplet size will vaporize gasoline faster, current engines exhaust so little unburnt fuel I doubt there is 20% FE to gain. Interesting first post though.
