A heat gun would be a lot easier to use for this type of thing. At the very least, a heating tip for the torch would be best so it spreads the heat out more evenly. I'm not sure of the lexan forming temp, but I think its just going to take practice to get things right anways. You'll get a feel for how much heat to put into it and how much you can bend/form it.
