Thanks for the thought, but loud pipes also wake up people in houses trying to sleep.
There are five little,
quiet towns where I deliver newspaper bundles. I only want to be noisy for 80-85% of the route. I could get one of those european style, alternating high note - low note sirens - but that would be overkill. (Not sure it would be legal either.)
