Also, if you have a front and a rear transmission mount, (one to the crossmember, and one to the opposite side), you could use some 3M Windo-Weld to fill in those mounts, making them essentially solid, so th e tranny won't "limp" under the unmounted weight of the e-motor.
Realistically, you could fill as many mounts as you're using, and have essentially solid mounts, that still don't transfer vibration much. (Plus, you're using an e-motor, which doesn't have the harmonics that a gas motor has.
The Windo-Weld is a temporary solution, and will flake eventually, but some people have had it in for a couple years with no problems.
