Sorry for not reading all 16 pages of this thread, but I have to ask: What material is your air dam made of?
Get as specific as possible, as I'm seriously thinking about adding one to my car. In the past 2 weeks I've added rear wheel skirts and a very small undertray beneath the engine compartment, plus the grille block I've had for over a month.
