I did take a look at than unit, and called and talked to the local distributor.

The main thing it does is simply holds the injectors open longer.

Simply switching to larger fuel injectors would do the same thing, other than the device would still allow you to use gasoline as well.

To do a really proper conversion, and get good fuel economy the car's ECU needs some information coming back to it, which is appropriate for ethanol.

That may mean modifying the signal out of the oxygen sensor or mass air flow. I am still reading up on it and trying to figure out what would work.
