Lee Hart suggested that it's fine not to have your car certified as electric. Then, if you get in a wreck, it's the insurance company's job to prove that the conversion CAUSED the accident. I never told nobody! But you are talking about emissions testing. I forgot. Well, I agree with Tango Charlie and Christ. Bring it in for a standard emissions test. Go inside for a cup of coffee until they are done.
