Might not work here, but if I plead insanity...
The top speed with the CityEL is 50 mph, but that is very hard on range. When I test drove a Zenn an exact 25 mph; I bought faster.
That Zenn would not make it here with 35 - 40 mph speed limits. The top speed on a stock EL was 35 with 3 batteries, and having more batteries, more weight, higher gearing - the court just might think I *AM* insane!
