You might try to just pull it back out and smooth it out if you want something smoother... You could try to roll it so that it fits the contour better, but thick foils tend to crinkle when you roll them if you don't have experience.
You might just grab another piece of aluminum like 1mm and use that, being careful and bending it off the edge of a table, then rolling it out with a standard rolling pin to get the curve correct.
(When you roll metal against a flat surface, it will curve toward the dowel you're rolling it with.)
