Wow Tim,

That power connection looks great.

Combine that with nifty grill cover and it already looks like an electric car!

I might have to do the same thing with my truck. I would also recommend to anyone doing something similar to this to put the jack on the DRIVER'S SIDE, so that you see it and remember to UNPLUG the block heater.

On my Metro, the charging port is on the rear of the driver's side. I almost trip on it every time I go to the car. Also, it's rigged up so you can't start the car if it's plugged in. That would be a neat trick for block heaters too.
