The State of Kansas is
halting tax refunds for now. If they're late, can I charge
them penalty and interest?
Seriously, they want us to pay them with a credit card if we owe. Why can't
they???
I can't get away from that mell of hess they call State Government. I moved to Missouri, but my office moved to Kansas.
Most States are facing deficits, but cannot go in the red due to budget regulations. What is your State/Province doing about it?
