Foxbodies that have AOD transmissions after 1987(?) don't have enough spindles on the countershaft (?) to accommodate the appropriate speedo gear. I haven't done testing on how far my gas is taking me, but I have a feeling I'm going farther than I think I am. I'm just adjusting for 10% miscalculation (odometer read 175 miles)."
