300 miles of complete freeway driving at around 55 with minimized (but existent) AC usage and some EOC on large hills. Generally, techniques similar to before, with the advantage of the SG. It estimated 5.8 gal used with the 2.0L setting, so I'm going to try 2.4L and see if that yields more accurate results. I really wanted 50 mpg, and I believe the 300 mile freeway portion was, but it doesn't take very much 30 mpg city driving to drop 50 to 49 (actually about 10 miles).

Drove until zero bars were left and chickened out. Apparently there were 1-2 gallons left, however. Standard trip home (55-60, 260 miles), 100 more miles of 55-60, and the rest city driving which was often very bad. First tank with ScanGauge...I tried letting displacement to 2.0L to adjust. I'll get a good read tomorrow on my trip.

A few EOCs on the big hills and to a stop sign I know well, but not very much. 65 or PSL, DWL, neutral down hills, blah blah. A bit too high, a result of the overfill I think happened last tank. Almost 100% freeway, the reverse trip of the previous tank. A little bit of city driving in there--a few very short trips at the beginning of the tank.
