I believe the drivers side 02 sensor was bad, swapped it with the post cat sensor and the code followed it. Truck has been running very rough past couple of days and smoothed out after I swapped positions of sensor. I believe the bad sensor was making truck run VERY RICH as the plugs had black residue and when accelerating hard would send out big clouds of black smoke.
Performed tune up on 06-24-2009: plugs, wires, cap, rotor, MAF cleaned with spray
Cut out precat convertor on 06-26-2009 and got straight pipe welded in next day.
