I ran out of transmission oil, so the leak is back. I'll have to grab a bottle at some point soon because I am driving to Utah and back starting tomorrow morning. Today I replaced my thermostat so that the heater would work and I wouldn't have to worry about a frosted windshield obscuring my vision over the Rocky Mountains.
Sometime in the last month or so the car has begun to idle poorly, seemingly at random. Also, it no longer starts reliably. It will pretty much always die right after starting as if the computer is not setting the idle throttle quantity correctly right away, so I have to hold down the throttle just a tiny bit for about 3 seconds so that it'll stay running. Then it's no problem. |
