Lots of coasting in neutral.
Pulse / glide when traffic allows.
Engine off only at very long stops, or when approaching a destination.
Planned Mods:
Smooth hubcaps. May try O2 sensor bias tweak. Taller tires - freeway RPM is much higher than necessary.
