Neglected by previous owner who considered himself mechanicly inclined but he should have never been allowed near the vehicle.
Hacked starter wiring. Had an alarm remote keyless entry system that got yanked out with some cutters before he sold it. Found bare wires just waiting to short out. Thanks Kevin
