My F650CS I bought second hand, no particular mods except for a topcase and LED tail/instrument lights.

Current Mods:
Tires inflated to sidewall max instead of the BMW recommended pressure.
Some LED lights.
(Kawasaki front rim + brake disc - hopefully sturdier than the BMW ones were...)
Planned Mods:
We'll see. Long-planned windshield mod failed at aero.
