Description: This is the nicest car I have owned thus far. I bought it with around 89000 miles on it back in 2008, and currently am up to just under 174000. The car is great; handles like I like a car to handle, and drives the same way. I have currently thus far done the head gasket and up rebuild on the 3.1L V6, replaced the wheel bearings with Timken bearings, tie rods, lower ball joints, transmission pan gasket filter kit, pads, rotors, drums, and shoes, and of course maintain it on a very regular basis. Currently am running 215/60/15 Uniroyal Touring Traks on the front and 215/60/15 Michelin Defenders on the rear.

Current Mods: Nothing current other than maintaining proper tire pressures using nitrogen inflation to reduce premature decreases in tire pressure.

Monitoring gas mileage using receipts from gas pump and recording mileage. Best so far was an average of 34.3 mpg! (done during a drive back to Michigan from North Carolina this past summer)

Driving smart

Planned Mods: Designing warm air intake using aluminium tubing to run down in front of exhaust manifold. About to replace transmission with lower mileage 4T40E to help with shift issues. Front and side air dams to aid in drag reduction.
