Standard CB23 engine rebored to 1053cc,compression ratio increased to 9.8 to 1.
Unleaded fuel conversion done.
intake port size increase from 28mm to 31mm,port volume increased by 23cc,intake swirl decreased in port,reshaped combustion chamber.
exhaust ports standard.
valve timing 3 deg advance.
ignition timing 7 deg(Static),36 deg(Adv)@ 2200Rpm,Temperature shift -1deg per 20celcius.
Transmission : 5 Speed long ratio 'box.
Fuel delivery : 27mm 2-Barrel Carb,polished venturi's ,"power valve" removed.
