Last owner said it had been tuned somehow, but in what way he didn't know. He had two identical TDI Beetles, and the one I bought had more power and better fuel economy.
After getting the injection pump seals replaced, the car has less power and less fuel efficiency. 0-60 time went from about 12 seconds to 15.
