Missed this thread. Noticed it today on the main (feature) page. The picture of the final product is beautiful. Do you get questions about it? Comments? People ask where they can get one sometimes?

I will rebuild Black and Green over decades as parts die, until it becomes a different car of roughly the same shape and color. Thanks. I've had a few people comment and ask about it, mostly to see if I made it or not. I get a lot of looks and sometimes on the freeway people will pull up right next to me for a while to check it out. |

If memory serves me at all,the Texas Tech aeroshell reported something like a 60% reduction in rear lift with the aeroshell and half-tonneau.
DARKO told me that Spirit was the most stable vehicle they'd seen yet,and developed only 17-lbs rear lift/33-lbs front downforce, at 135-mph.Pretty meaningless with a 4,200-lb pickup.
