Fergot to add in the rear quarter view... 
I've been looking to return back to the original belly pan design with the thinking that the air reaching the wheel pant is turbulent due to the shorter belly pan design and that the wheel pant tail really isn't providing any significant amount of drag reduction when compared to the bigger belly pan without the longer wheel pant. The two runs with this current setup isn't showing any increase in fuel mileage.

A friend is cleaning up his yard and sent me a text of a "shadow" just like yours. I could not believe it. he wants to sell it cheap.

he made the 1.25" to 2" adapter and got it a little crooked. The caster moves OK, rubber puck is good.

Not sure about that tire as it looks like a wheelbarrow type and not a highway rated one. Any way you could double check the info on the tire?

I may have deleted that pic from dropbox by mistake. I am pushing my limit there 
Tire was a little weatherchecked, I would figure on replacing it anyway.
The main thing there is the hard parts look good.
