Did anyone watch Fifth Gear episode on fuel savers?

Fuel line magnets did nothing.

Electric system 'stabilizer' got worse mpg as its electronics got too hot to touch thus wasting alternator power as heat.

Cigarette lighter plug in was ONLY a light with no other function.

A University electronics teacher pointed the fire hazard because of extremely poor build quality.

I'm posting from my phone so I don't know how to post a link to the video.

Fifth Gear sits somewhere between Top Gear and Motor Week. Unlike Top Gear they have actual, useful information and aren't just one gag after another. However, it's more entertaining than Motor Week.

You've probably seen this smart fortwo crash test. It's from Fifth Gear.

Fifth Gear is basically the old Top Gear crew and cast, transferred to another station. Not quite as funny as Top Gear, but definitely much heavier on more useful information, with the odd fun track test or challenge thrown in from time to time. Oh, and Vicki Butler-Henderson.

They've also become (in)famous for their crash tests... which are rather neat.

Did anyone else look at their other video.

https://video.search.yahoo.com/video...t=mozilla&tt=b

It seems they don't like any fuel saving method other than going slower.

Liability concerns means that no automotive journalist can actively endorse EOC or drafting due to safety concerns.

What can be done by a fairly experienced modder with no issues could be dangerous if proposed to a newbie who can hardly shift gears and steer at the same time.
