Yes, I asked you to do "my homework" by selecting ONE paper that you think confirms it.

To quote the page you linked to:

What were you expecting me to do? Read 40,000 pages only to find out if one of them covered EU? The first Peratt paper for example, does not talk about The Electric Universe.

Well I was waiting bit until I found something about neutrinos to post.
