Now i will start experimenting with my injector.

What volumes should i be looking for. 2.4 l/h will probably be the cruising average.

And do I even want it to be able to keep up at full load?

The fuel injectors on my car change from
6Hz Idle
16 Hz 2000 Rpm
50 Hz 6000 Rpm

This is very low, i will try to get my PWM as low as possible to minimize the injector cycles.

I am typing my injector input and output diameters here.

Output:
Metal part: 11.11 mm
Oring: 14.5 mm

Input:
Metal Part: 13.5 mm
Oring: 14.5 mm

Groove where oring sits: 8mm

If anyone has any ideas on what type of hose i should attach to this, do let me know.

From what I remember, the orings should be compressed %20.

The oring has a thickness of 3.25mm which should compress to 2.6 mm.

8+ 2.6 *2 = 13.2 mm.

So that should more or less be the internal diameter of what I will connect to it.

I am looking at installing the system at the moment.

Being a V6, i have 2 exhaust manifolds. Would adding this apparatus to one side and removing some heat from it have any effect on the engine? Will it cause any issues with imbalance?

Not sure if it might lead to a harsher operation of the engine when you install it only at one side, but eventually it might allow you to compare the differences in temperature and eventually other issues before you go for it on all the cylinders.

I live in a country where auto work costs an arm and a leg. Especially spare parts. So would prefer not to find out the hard way

Ill try to design the distillery on to the other side.

BTW have you ever heard about Bi-Phase Technologies? This company develops liquid-phase LPG fuel systems for engines with conventional MPFI, maybe it could be interesting for you.

Had a look at that.

And i was always wondering why lpg was not injected in liquid phase. A phase change to gas always seemed like unnecessary work.

I think it was due to the fact that with temperature change liquid lpg expands a lot. I suppose some one came up with the idea to monitor the temp of the lpg and adjust injection time accordingly.

Probably to avoid freezing the carburettor and intake manifold like it used to happen with some makeshift conversions in my country.

Chip Foose was talking about building a custom small block engine that would have liquid propane direct injection the plan was to use the expansion to create false boost. The system was estimated at equivalent to 3psi and 0% parasitic loss
