The new heart is a Sube, so the next will come from boxer tuners. Without a swap and w/ larger turbo kit it'll be under 10 secs by spring.

As for Time Attack, Evasive has it dialed...

in jersey ...they have a nasty habit of vehicle profiling (now) and where infamous for racial profiling a few years back...but got they slick and went into (vp) business..more money lol....so people cant pull the race card....its called soft target vehicles honda civics/integra's in urban sections .. mustang/camaro's suburbia...mainly feel the brunt of it...they will use any excuse to pull you over..license plate trims those clear plastic cover = unclear license plate, pine tree on the rear view mirror = obstruction of view.....and plenty of other trickery they do.... to fill their quotas aka job performance.. they aint writing tickets they aint working..its been done to me & countless others plenty of times...its not about upholding the law its about generating money..for their cities/counties...

When I looked into this the cheapest source was buying used ones off of ebay. They would be one time use fasteners that were mandated to be replaced with new if they ever came out.

Mainly for aircraft, you could buy bags of them for cheap on ebay. Probably still good to use, but might be an odd size that would require a retapped hole.

A titanium header would be a huge waste of money. Any time you heat titanium much above 800'F it starts absorbing every thing in its environment. They would fall apart.
It would appear I didn't charge nearly enough for what I made.

I still retain most of the capability to work titanium.

I was an aircraft structures mechanic after doing composites for over a decade. Aircraft fasteners will always be in SAE, not metric, at least in the US. The shank part (un-threaded) are in 1/32" increments. For cars, used aircraft fasteners would be OK, but larger sizes would be really hard to come by, unless you're well connected. I'm not anymore. Bummer. But the weight savings, just to do a motorcycle is somewhere in the $3500 range for a savings of only about 3 pounds, and that includes special hollow axles. In which case spending money on heavy revolving parts, like wheels (MOI), would be a bargain. Works on cars, too. Just my spin, no pun intended.
