Nice job on the bike. you were asking about buildng the cowling. I am converting a shaft drive Honda twin into an electric. The body is built with strips of cedar covered with fiberglass. There is quite abit of labor but it a beatiful wood grain finish in the end. The flames are inlayed mahogany. It you are interested in the construction method David Hazen wrote a book "The stripper;s guide to canoe-building. What is really freaky is he built an electric trike using the method. man ive called so manny junkyards trying to find a titled chassy.
gonna try radio classifieds tomorrow .. check out the motor i just posted .. has a split in center trying to figure out how to mount a sprocket to it for a reg bike
