re: vss list, I think we are about there, I am going with the doubled values after seeing the single value mode flake out in a metro, and we need to add in the constant "mechanical delay" too if/when we have the double pulse sorted out and then look at the fuel parameter. But we are close.

re: piezo, those are amazing and cheap little things. I use 'em as part of diy midi drum pads too. I should give that a shot

I think its time to start a thread for users to post their settings as far as VSS and injector flow rates based on year and model cars.

if you get a chance with a scope, this just might work to test an injector. chan 1 & trigger hooked to injector voltage.
channel 2 connected to a 'knock' sensor or piezo-mic glued on top of the injector. (accelerometer)
what you should see is an acceleration when the injector pin starts to move and then when it hits wide open a larger acceleration spike.
Upon closing the largest spike will probably be when the pin snaps shut. Don't be surprised if the pin bounces a couple of times when it hits the end stops. John
