I also am blessed with a '93 escort wagon, and am just beginning the ecomod/hypermile process - thought it might help to compare notes.

I don't know what this 'befriend' thing is about, but I hit the button, I've read your comments in different threads, I suppose this will alert me when you post something.

Because we have the 'same' car I guess what you learn will be valuable to me (especially), so hope to hear from you.

I blocked off the holes in the front with clear Lexan, where some of the cars have fog lamps. I also extended my air dam out to the fenders. Not very good pics, as were done at night in the garage...

I also have to be real careful with the air dam myself: Every one of those parking lot stops want to take the thing off. I've just learned to stop before I start hearing noises!
