I'm not sure if you still need this but I just stumbled upon it. .:FFS TechNet : OBD1 ECU Pin out Schematics :. if you look at pin 18 on connector "D" its the shift light output for the VX P07. It doesn't say voltage output, but you can meter it and find out.
